Merry Christmas

Welcome to CROLCC, we are so glad you are here worshiping with us. Christmas is a time of gathering. Last Tuesday I had the opportunity of having lunch with many of the River of Life Churches’ pastors. I have known them for quite some time now. Every time we get together I would noticed how different each one of us are, yet I am amazed how God uses our differences to bring His message to the people around us. We talked about our family, our work and our lives. We realized that at the end of the day relationship is what matters. Even though we all face our unique challenges, we can treat each other like family and pray for one another.

Christmas is also a time of celebration. Today we have four brothers and sisters getting baptized and they are going to share their stories of faith with us. Although some of us might speak different languages than others, God has brought us together as one church. The one common language that we have together is the language of life transformation. We believe that when you and I have a chance to know Jesus, our lives would be transformed, and lives transformed are worth celebrating. So would you clap as loud as you can, or shout as loud as you can as we celebrate these lives transformed because of Jesus?
