A New Day

We are finally here. I am so thankful. It took a lot to be in this new building. A lot of dedication and a lot of hard work, and of course a lot of money. =) Today when you are here, please take the time to look around and give thanks to God for what He has done through us. Take some moments to pray, to reflect and to give thanks. Take some time to thank the children teachers for making our children rooms so safe and wonderful for the kids. And if you ever see them, please take some time to thank our contractors Gary and David. They really went out of their ways to make this building as comfortable and as beautiful for us to enjoy.

Today we are honored to welcome our founding pastor, pastor Joseph Huang to host our first service. Pastor Joseph started this church almost 13 years ago in his living room in Davis and I was part of that starting group. I consider him my mentor and a great friend. Our job is not done as you will hear from his message. It has only just begun. But do take the time today to celebrate God’s goodness and be ready to serve Him and others in the not distant future.
