Serving in Unity – Timothy Chang

Welcome to CROLCC, we are so glad you are here worshiping with us. Last week we ended our series on men and women and I hope you learned a thing or two about the differences between men and women. I hope with that knowledge that you will have a better understanding and the skill to work together with the member of the opposite sex. God made us all different and instead of trying to make the other person just like us, we are called to accept one another’s differences. Better yet, we are to celebrate each other’s differences because we are wonderfully made in the image of God.

Therefore in church although we love to look for people that are similar to us and be friend with them, the truth is there are many that are different from us. We all come from different culture and family backgrounds, and sometimes we don’t even speak the same language, especially in our church. Yet God brought us together. Why? I don’t know if you have thought about this, even though we are different, we share the same gospel message, that is, whoever trust in Jesus can have eternal life and life abundantly on earth. That’s a gospel message worth sharing, and the best way to share it is to do it together. Please give a warm welcome to our guest speaker pastor Timothy today.
